Hello, I was advised to visit this site and was told that it was good, "maybe" but the communication was not so good. Order placed on 31/10/2022 with carrier tracking also received on 31/10/2022. It is now 4/11/2022 and I have still not received my order. I've written to them by email, received no reply, written to their Facebook page, received no reply, and phoned them today on the answering machine, hoping one day to receive my order! This time, we had several thousand orders to prepare and send. Your YBUAJDKLX order was prepared and dispatched on the same day, Monday 31/10/2022. The Colissimo carrier collected the day's orders that same evening. The following day was a public holiday (Tuesday 01/11/2022), which further slowed down deliveries. Colissimo sometimes keeps orders "aside" and scans them later if there is a large volume to be processed. In fact, parcel tracking is activated as soon as the carrier scans the barcode in its warehouse (so you can follow the progress with your tracking number). These dosages may vary from one person to another, depending on their weight, their body and their needs.
