Very good shop, just lacks the renewal of some products

I put only 2 stars because it took 3 months to receive the promised gift, and that after several reminders by mail to an address he had given me. Well, I finally received it with a little bonus.

The prices are right, the delivery is perfect, and the promotions are very frequent. On the other hand, I find that there's a lack of information on provenance, quality, transparency, etc. When compared with other sites, your prices are more interesting, is it a question of quality?

I've been ordering for several months now and the quality is great, the price is the lowest I've found, delivery is fast and the quality is very good.

I give 2 stars only for the friendliness and efficiency of the telephone operators with whom I was in contact. 1st order: nothing to complain about, quality flowers, not dry, with taste. 2nd order: parcel lost: call and new parcel sent back the same day. Then parcel found and return label sent immediately. However, flowers were dry and bland. Complaint with photos and no response or commercial gesture. This will be my last order with them, very disappointed.

The plus: fast and free delivery The minuses: the price compared to the quality is to review, always and again the same varieties the only two varieties added to your list since I know your site are all the time unavailable, and out of stock recurring on the trim .

A product has been omitted from the order.

Disappointed, they say delivery in 48h I ordered and 3 days later the package has still not left the preparation center.

Quality product however I tested positive to a salivary test during a road check following an exclusive consumption of cbd bought on this site. This should not be the case. The level of cbd must not be sufficiently controlled and therefore certainly higher than 0.2%. I would very much like to have proof of the level of cbd present in the plants I have received. I will no longer trust this site.

Very bad experience, their service remains "correct" as long as there is no error in your order. After an error in my order, almost non-existent response from them, more than a week without response and without solution to overcome their errors I have never seen such a deplorable and non-existent service. Emails and calls go unanswered, the only message from them being on the site chat after a week of trying to tell me to be patient and that they would get back to me when they had time. I had never seen anything like it anywhere else, and still no answer or solution to my problem. To be avoided and not to wait to have a problem of order to not order any more with them, especially as the market is in full expansion and that much of their competitor have a panel of product more important and of very good quality, and in the event of problem their sav is irreproachable in comparison. I won't be ordering from them again; on my last order, the flowers were inconsumable, had a strange look and smell, and tasted very pungent and irritating for several hours. Finally, after more than a week of trying, I finally managed to get Sav on the phone to send me back the right product from my first order, and a refund for the last one, which I had to throw away because of its very poor quality. I'm relieved to have finally been able to contact the Sav to rectify the situation, but I really don't recommend this site in view of all the inconvenience it has caused me.

Hello on November 30 I placed an order that I received on December 3 but it arrived incomplete. First of all on the 10G of orange bud there were only 5.2 g (so I think labelling error) on the 3 crystals CBD there were only 2 and the worst I did not get either the MoonRock 5g for which I ordered from EUX because I am a good customer Famous CBD (on average 200e per month) my sister-in-law advised me 321 CBD and especially had me taste the moonrock two weeks ago and I loved it. Their products have a higher rate than famous cbd that's why I intend to order from them but very disappointed with my first order because even if it was black monday and they were in the rush it does not take anything away the fact of receiving the products ordered and paid on the other hand the TRIM nickel because 20.6 g. . Highly variable quality from one order to the next, even for identical varieties

reliable site, good value for money, correct products, delivery too slow for my taste, can sometimes take 1 week...

The prices are attractive and the grass is of good quality. However, as I made a mistake in the delivery address, I wanted to change it just 1 minute after placing the order and it was impossible. I left 5 messages with customer service who didn't reply and sent to the wrong address.

Delivery is fast most of the time, products are of fairly good quality, but customer service is hard to reach.

Not counting a few delivery problems, good site, good products.

Delivery on time, but poor quality, super dry herb, tiny buds, leafy taste in the mouth ... 5g ringo's gift cbd, rather disappointed! I'd recommend weedy, Uweed, or even, if rather expensive, la ferme du cbd, you won't regret your purchase.

Hello everyone, I have placed several orders since the beginning of July without any problems and I am really happy with the quality of the products and the customer service!...until 09-09/20 last order of 30?... no tracking number... no one at customer service because they don't reply! Emails are useless because there's no reply either! It's been 13 days and I've lost hope and confidence in this site ... it's a real shame ... what a waste !!!! The worst thing is that you don't reply to these loyal customers ... it's disgraceful! Obviously I'm not the only one in this case from what I see on the net ... Order paid on 31 08 2020 for 25g of one variety. I received 5g of another variety on September 3.???!??!?!?!?? I managed to get a lady on the phone on September 4 who apologized and confirmed that she would send 20g of the original variety the same day. Delivery expected mid-week on 09 09. As of today, 11 09, I still have nothing. I've left several courteous messages via their contact form, with no reply. I've tried to reach them 10 times today by phone and nothing. I'm afraid I've stumbled on a scam or they're close to bankruptcy and are taking a few last orders to bail out. I'm really disappointed. I ordered a year ago and everything went well. I'm not going to give up... to be continued I managed to get in touch with a very nice lady who explained to me that they're in the process of changing shippers and that in the meantime they're going through the post office, which has caused major problems for the last 15 days. Counting on this lady's good faith, I'll wait a little longer before calling her again on Tuesday. I finally received the order by post. I'm upping the ante. Thank you

So here I am, I've just placed my first order with 321CBD because they offer 20g+5g free and therefore a more interesting price than Famous CBD with whom I also have nothing but good things to say, except that they no longer offer 30% off so I tested 321CBD which saves me 20 euros on 25g. I'm not giving it 5 stars because I had to wait 8 days to receive my order, with customer service that wasn't very helpful. Otherwise, whether in terms of weight or quality, nothing to say, excellent, just like Famous CBD, minus the speed of delivery. Another very interesting point is that each order is rewarded with a discount on the next order, which gave me a discount of 8.87 euros on an order of 93.61 euros, so my next order will surely be with them. In conclusion, you're good to go, just watch out for delivery times, don't be in too much of a hurry.
