Hello and thank you for your comment. Your parcel was handed over to our carrier on the day it was dispatched, i.e. 19.01.2023. However, due to a national strike (beyond our control), there were delays in the delivery of parcels. As some sorting centers do not work at weekends, deliveries resume on Monday and your parcel was made available to you on 23.01.2023. That's 2 working days after your order was dispatched. Concerning your first order, it was dispatched on Christmas Eve, December 24 and 25 being a weekend, delivery was resumed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Delivery in 48 hours is effective from the moment your order has the status shipped, excluding weekends and public holidays and excluding exceptional events (such as a national strike) that could delay the routing or delivery of packages. Always good products small problem of delivery times noticed cause may be the management of preparations if you want to keep the deadline of 48h/72h. In my experience, preparations are only taken into account by Colissimo 48 hours after the order is placed, even if it's placed before 3pm. I recommend the site, the delivery time is not essential but still respectable.
