Well, apart from 2 lost parcels at the sorting center, I have always received my parcels quickly.

I'm completely satisfied and order regularly. The service is fast, the products are of good quality, but I have two comments: - I find that your flowers arrive a little too dry, and therefore lose their flavour rather quickly - and I don't see any trace of my cashback despite my numerous orders.

Fast and efficient delivery service. Regular customer and satisfied with the quality of the products. I mainly order Ringo's Gift, which soothes me and reduces recurring back pain.

321cbd seems to me to be a serious site (regular customer for 2 years) the quality of the flowers is generally good. (the trim is sometimes closer to powder than to flower, but well, that works too... sometimes a little too many branches, and sometimes the drying is 'just'... but most of the time, it's great :) the delivery is quite fast.

I tried several sites before yours! This is the one I like best! It would be nice to vary the ranges to be able to have new products! Otherwise fast delivery, a few problems from time to time but the people we contact via customer service are very kind and professional. From time to time - 50 or - 70 % niquel ! I recommend your site to everyone!

Everything about this site is perfect: free, fast delivery, after-sales service in case of problems, and the quality of the products? The only downside is that you can't earn loyalty points during frequent promotions.

Very good shop, just lacks the renewal of some products

I put only 2 stars because it took 3 months to receive the promised gift, and that after several reminders by mail to an address he had given me. Well, I finally received it with a little bonus.

The prices are right, the delivery is perfect, and the promotions are very frequent. On the other hand, I find that there's a lack of information on provenance, quality, transparency, etc. When compared with other sites, your prices are more interesting, is it a question of quality?

I've been ordering for several months now and the quality is great, the price is the lowest I've found, delivery is fast and the quality is very good.

I give 2 stars only for the friendliness and efficiency of the telephone operators with whom I was in contact. 1st order: nothing to complain about, quality flowers, not dry, with taste. 2nd order: parcel lost: call and new parcel sent back the same day. Then parcel found and return label sent immediately. However, flowers were dry and bland. Complaint with photos and no response or commercial gesture. This will be my last order with them, very disappointed.

Disappointed, they say delivery in 48h I ordered and 3 days later the package has still not left the preparation center.

Quality product however I tested positive to a salivary test during a road check following an exclusive consumption of cbd bought on this site. This should not be the case. The level of cbd must not be sufficiently controlled and therefore certainly higher than 0.2%. I would very much like to have proof of the level of cbd present in the plants I have received. I will no longer trust this site.

Completely devil, there is no attention to the customer, my order never arrives, 223 euros in the c*** I want to ask if there is what plataforma of consumer to denuncie this site..good day I want to retract, very late but the two packages have finally arrived, concact impossible for over 15 days, but finally are correct ... Very bad experience, their service remains "correct" as long as there is no error in your order. After an error in my order, almost non-existent response from them, more than a week without response and without solution to overcome their errors I have never seen such a deplorable and non-existent service. Emails and calls go unanswered, the only message from them being on the site chat after a week of trying to tell me to be patient and that they would get back to me when they had time. I had never seen anything like it anywhere else, and still no answer or solution to my problem. To be avoided and not to wait to have a problem of order to not order any more with them, especially as the market is in full expansion and that much of their competitor have a panel of product more important and of very good quality, and in the event of problem their sav is irreproachable in comparison. I won't be ordering from them again; on my last order, the flowers were inconsumable, had a strange look and smell, and tasted very pungent and irritating for several hours. Finally, after more than a week of trying, I finally managed to get Sav on the phone to send me back the right product from my first order, and a refund for the last one, which I had to throw away because of its very poor quality. I'm relieved to have finally been able to contact the Sav to rectify the situation, but I really don't recommend this site in view of all the inconvenience it has caused me.

Highly variable quality from one order to the next, even for identical varieties

I was immediately seduced since my first order.

The prices are attractive and the grass is of good quality. However, as I made a mistake in the delivery address, I wanted to change it just 1 minute after placing the order and it was impossible. I left 5 messages with customer service who didn't reply and sent to the wrong address.

Delivery is fast most of the time, products are of fairly good quality, but customer service is hard to reach.

Not counting a few delivery problems, good site, good products.

Order placed on 17/09/2020. Small delivery problem due to the carrier (La Poste) but rectified fairly quickly following a telephone exchange with customer service. Order received yesterday after returning the order at the beginning of the week. Top product! Thank you for your efficiency.
