We use your feedback to improve and make sure this doesn't happen again. :) Packages are dispatched within 48 hours (working days) for orders placed and paid for before 2:00 pm. Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Fridays and at weekends will be dispatched the following Monday. As far as delivery times are concerned, we are dependent on our service provider Colissimo. Some sorting centers in different regions may experience delivery delays. Your EUSQKQJKS order placed on 09.06.22 at 22:18 was picked up the next day, Friday 10.06.22. On Monday your parcel resumed its routing so that you met a good reception on Wednesday 15.06.22.

As explained in our previous exchanges, for all orders placed before 2pm from Monday to Friday, shipment is made the same day and delivery is effectively 48 hours (except for postal delays beyond our control). 48H delivery is effective from the moment your order is shipped. Due to the bank holiday on Monday June 6, your SSZHRCRMJ order placed on 04.06.22 was prepared and dispatched as soon as we returned to our premises on 07.06.22. According to the colissimo tracking system, the estimated delivery date is 10.06.22. I wanted to try it out and wasn't satisfied: Swiss Tsunami doesn't live up to its name. Ultra dry herb, no taste, not pleasant to consume, advertised at 19.5%, no effect, really disappointed, 85 euros lost. Even some Trim are of better quality. And I'm collecting big bare branches with little heads on them, so dry that I suppose I'll get everything at the bottom of the bag, great. Please pay a little attention to the quality of the products you ship, something like this should not be shipped.
