Very good site, a little expensive but I buy from them when there's a bargain for 50% off, for example, because their products are of impeccable quality. For weed, the weight is respected, very good manicure and very good effects. Their moonrocks are a killer, with excellent packaging. Delivery is top-notch, with colissimo tracking, and if the order is lost or stolen they send it back at their expense (this happened to me). I don't understand the unfavorable reviews, they should stock up in the chops near their home, they'll see that the quality isn't there and the prices are unbelievable, made in France my ass.

Very bad experience, their service remains "correct" as long as there is no error in your order. After an error in my order, almost non-existent response from them, more than a week without response and without solution to overcome their errors I have never seen such a deplorable and non-existent service. Emails and calls go unanswered, the only message from them being on the site chat after a week of trying to tell me to be patient and that they would get back to me when they had time. I had never seen anything like it anywhere else, and still no answer or solution to my problem. To be avoided and not to wait to have a problem of order to not order any more with them, especially as the market is in full expansion and that much of their competitor have a panel of product more important and of very good quality, and in the event of problem their sav is irreproachable in comparison. I won't be ordering from them again; on my last order, the flowers were inconsumable, had a strange look and smell, and tasted very pungent and irritating for several hours. Finally, after more than a week of trying, I finally managed to get Sav on the phone to send me back the right product from my first order, and a refund for the last one, which I had to throw away because of its very poor quality. I'm relieved to have finally been able to contact the Sav to rectify the situation, but I really don't recommend this site in view of all the inconvenience it has caused me.

Very good value for money, I had a problem with a manicure on a product but the quality department is very responsive and made me a commercial gesture. Rating 10/10 you can order with your eyes closed (for those who want to stop cannabis /THC . CBD is a very good alternative.

The prices are attractive and the grass is of good quality. However, as I made a mistake in the delivery address, I wanted to change it just 1 minute after placing the order and it was impossible. I left 5 messages with customer service who didn't reply and sent to the wrong address.

Serious site contrary to what is said, I ordered twice and very satisfied with the products on the one hand and customer service on the other. I tested the Moonrock and the Asteroid Comet, the two most concentrated in cbd of the site, respectively 35 and 85%, especially the second which sends you to the upper reaches of your bed!!!! So for the products, it's the best ?? and it's still weird that for each negative review, no one puts which product they ordered (otherwise what's the point of leaving a review if you don't talk about what you tried, it's useless even!). As for customer service, it deserves the gold medal, very available or they call you back within 10 minutes. My second order was intercepted by customs, but they sent it back to me straight away... just the post office, which was a bit slow in delivering, but hey, it's the post office! So as far as I'm concerned, it's a great site that I highly recommend?

Hello everyone, I have placed several orders since the beginning of July without any problems and I am really happy with the quality of the products and the customer service!...until 09-09/20 last order of 30?... no tracking number... no one at customer service because they don't reply! Emails are useless because there's no reply either! It's been 13 days and I've lost hope and confidence in this site ... it's a real shame ... what a waste !!!! The worst thing is that you don't reply to these loyal customers ... it's disgraceful! Obviously I'm not the only one in this case from what I see on the net ... I'm asking for a complaint because if you don't reply any more, there's a problem? You should close down and be condemned because the products are legal and authorized in France! i ordered on saturday, on the website it says that my order has been shipped, and when i go to chronopost, it tells me that my parcel is still at 321cbd. impossible to reach on the phone and by email they don't reply, if they continue like this they'll be able to shut me down soon. first and last order, with them.
