The trim has gone down in quality I don't think I'll be ordering again

Fast and respected delivery only I had asked for it to be delivered to someone's home which was not taken into account, the letter carrier dropped it off anyway, and Moonrock CBD as I knew it elsewhere was much less good here.

Unfortunately a bottle leaked and I lost 1/3 of the container. Some bottles don't close properly even though they are new... I won't be ordering this product again even though it is very effective 😔

According to the colissimo tracking system, your package was "delivered" on 24.04.2024.
Please note that our carrier's delivery times apply from the moment your order has the status "dispatched" and not when it is validated (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Hello I order regularly on the site 3 de 1 CBD and I was so far satisfied by the good value for money in however very disappointed with my last two orders in which there were enormously enormously branches. 😕
Please be aware that all varieties are made up of branches, which is why we put a few extra grams in each pouch to compensate for this.
In fact, it's perfectly normal to find branches in your pouches, as it's thanks to the branches that the buds (heads) stay whole.

I've been a customer for a few years now. And I would like to say that I was a little disappointed with the last order. Good quality flowers but lots of big branches.
No luck on a delivery of Ringo's gift: no taste, no effect on my pain! I've been used to this variety of cbd for several years, but this is the first time it's happened to me ... Is the product (on sale) too old? Too bad, the site reacts well to problems, not here! I don't know where to answer ... I sent the photos on 03/10 at 17h17
I received other brands of products that I had ordered, so I was disappointed, but I appreciated the quick return by e-mail of the return note for the products. I'm sending them back today, because between the storm and the bank holiday it wasn't easy to send them back before, so I hope it will be just as quick to send back the products I ordered as soon as the return parcel arrives. I'd like to point out that I live in Brittany where there's no post office, and it's always a pain when there's a problem with the sites when you have to travel miles to sort out the problem, which is why I'm so disappointed when this happens.
I don't find this product effective, at least not on me. On the other hand, delivery times are very fast, and the presentation is excellent...

It is noted delivery in 48h but do not signal to us that it is only except promotions last order made I waited more than 8 days I ask for a commercial gesture they proposed to me 10% on my next order bah sorry but for me it is not sufficient, therefore I order on another Site.
I am disappointed, I order for the first time, I receive my package after 15 days. On the phone, a lady told me that colissimo have a problem with the squanage of packages. But colissmo still hadn't received the parcel (10 days after placing the order), so I ended up sending an e-mail saying that I'd like to have a real explanation of the problem and that I didn't want to end up cancelling my order and rotting them on review sites. Strangely enough, the next day they dispatched my order and I received it 48 days later. As for the quality, the smell is there but the quality doesn't seem crazy to smoke.
I changed creameries because I live in France, and delivery times are longer than at French shops, otherwise they have good products but there is so much competition in France that for me it's cheaper and especially faster for delivery ....
Very good quality products, nothing to say, but concerning delivery, my partner and I placed a total of 5 orders with them and all, without exception, arrived between 7 and 10 days after the order. So I don't know how to benefit from the 48h order.
