There's nothing bad to say about 321CBD apart from the fact that promotions are rarer. Very good customer service with a toll-free number and telephone advisers who call you back if it's busy. Recently, they sent me back my customs seized order quickly and free of charge. I'd also like to see a few more new products.

I received other brands of products that I had ordered, so I was disappointed, but I appreciated the quick return by e-mail of the return note for the products. I'm sending them back today, because between the storm and the bank holiday it wasn't easy to send them back before, so I hope it will be just as quick to send back the products I ordered as soon as the return parcel arrives. I'd like to point out that I live in Brittany where there's no post office, and it's always a pain when there's a problem with the sites when you have to travel miles to sort out the problem, which is why I'm so disappointed when this happens.
