I am a very occasional user of cbd. I chose 10% full spectrum to de-stress and fall asleep. It worked very well, with 3 drops, so the product must be of good quality. To be seen over several uses. I'd already tried cbd (30%), bought in a store, but even with 15 drops it didn't work. The spectrum was probably not complete, or the product was of low quality. Correct delivery and packaging
