Quality product however I tested positive to a salivary test during a road check following an exclusive consumption of cbd bought on this site. This should not be the case. The level of cbd must not be sufficiently controlled and therefore certainly higher than 0.2%. I would very much like to have proof of the level of cbd present in the plants I have received. Very bad experience, their service remains "correct" as long as there is no error in your order. After an error in my order, almost non-existent response from them, more than a week without response and without solution to overcome their errors I have never seen such a deplorable and non-existent service. Emails and calls go unanswered, the only message from them being on the site chat after a week of trying to tell me to be patient and that they would get back to me when they had time. I had never seen anything like it anywhere else, and still no answer or solution to my problem. To be avoided and not to wait to have a problem of order to not order any more with them, especially as the market is in full expansion and that much of their competitor have a panel of product more important and of very good quality, and in the event of problem their sav is irreproachable in comparison. I won't be ordering from them again; on my last order, the flowers were inconsumable, had a strange look and smell, and tasted very pungent and irritating for several hours. Finally, after more than a week of trying, I finally managed to get Sav on the phone to send me back the right product from my first order, and a refund for the last one, which I had to throw away because of its very poor quality. I'm relieved to have finally been able to contact the Sav to rectify the situation, but I really don't recommend this site in view of all the inconvenience it has caused me.
