There was a delay with my package delivery. I called their customer support, no one picked up. I thought it would be one of those "never answering" customer services, but they called me backed. Additionally, they spoke English (rare in France). It turned out that the package was lost by the shipping company, so 321cbd sent a new one without asking any further questions, thereby solving the problem quickly and effectively. Can't write much about the quality of the product as I am not a maven CBD user.
