Very cool minis with nice detail. The dragon's head insert needed filing before it fit snuggly, otherwise this would be an easy 5 stars.

Very good responsiveness. Speed of printing and shipping but the print quality is not there. I get better results with an Anycubic Mono 4k

Superb figurines, full of details, high quality resin, impeccable cleaning and finishing, perfect packaging... The only debatable point is the scale: they are advertised at 32-35mm, but they measure 40... That's a bit high, especially when mixing them with figurines from other sources! Well, it's still super quality...

I am moderately happy because the size of the figurines is larger than those purchased before and it is noticeable to the eye, in order to create my diorama I will have to compose it differently. As for the delivery and the contact, very good and very correct. Best regards.

Beautiful figurine, but one of the figures has printing defects. A monster skull is half absent. Two/three small breaks and a weapon (halberd) is twisted on both parts (above and below the hand)

Fast and efficient delivery. The figurines are of good quality except for 1/5 which still had some printing marks but overall very satisfied with the result.

Well, there’s no problem except for some injection marks that I can’t remove, and sending the defective figurine is an excellent idea to test methods for removing the injection marks or paint. One by one, the figurines are beautiful. I had some doubts about the size; I imagined them to be bigger, but in the end, they correspond more to the legend like that. The issue is that I was supposed to have only 2 identical ones, but I have 3 that are the same. In a group of 6, it stands out very well. The funny thing is that it’s the pose of the defective figurine that is not represented, even though it was supposed to be in duplicate. That has a funny side.

Nice, the figurine is perfect on the visible side but hardly cleaned on the 'hidden' side, but well, I would have been really happy with the whole figurine cleaned properly. After all, it's not a big deal, I'll do it myself, it's just a detail, but for me, it's important ;)

Top-notch, very good customer service

Nice figures, but I spent at least 5 hours cleaning the hundreds (if not thousands) of mold lines on my 10 figures. The busts were much better.

Hello dear 3Dminifactory-Team I would like to thank you for the wonderful figurines. The deadlines and information on each shelf were also top notch. I would also like to thank you for the two additional figures: - Elven Navigator B -- Reference TPGLR831-1 - Elven Loremaster B -- Reference TPGLR824-1 However, one figure seems to be missing. Is it possible? - Acrobat Elf ONe Leg Stand -- Reference EPIC3523-1 I'm a bit surprised that the 32mm figures are relatively large. The eye height is correct for the "elf villager" range. The elf artist range is too dynamic to measure, only possible for the balancing elf with approx. 34mm. On the other hand, the "Elven" range seems too large to me. Do you have a standard unwinding for this problem? Elven range (too big) 40mm = Elven Navigator B, Elven Shipwright A; 38mm = Elven Navigator A, Elven Healer B; 37mm = Elven Lore Master B; Villager range (OK) 35mm = Elf Villager Drunk, Elf Villager Artist, Elf Villager Accountant, Elf Villager Bard; 33mm = Elf Villager Schoolar; My goal is to use these figures with the Punga games fantasy soccer team. Why a slightly similar scale is sought. I have not yet received the high elves team, so the exact size required is unknown at this time. Please note that your survey and my email have crossed. I was a bit disappointed with my purchase last year, but customer service did their best to put things right. Clearly the quality isn't great (probably due to mass production) and I think there's a lack of quality control before shipping. The last order seems dubious on the scale of the figurine received and some parts arrived damaged. No response from the retailer following confirmation of my complaint. In short, I'll pass, it's not what I'm looking for. Thanks for the sweets, but Haribo is the base 😉

Great selection of Minis. The print quality is very good and the customer support helpful and friendly. The Reason i don't give 5 Stars is that a few little pieces of the Mini i ordered had been forgotten and resend to me.

The quality is good, but it's hard to find miniatures in the size you need. I've ordered 32-size miniatures that are too big for my army, and 28-size miniatures that are too small :/.

Some of the fingers didn’t print. Not a huge problem but just means I can’t give a perfect score. Delivered quickly and safely packed.

Model quality varies. Plus there were issues and this time too, with model print size. It is hard to include some of those models into an existing collection, as You realy have no clue about the size You shall get. Elf model has been absolutely unadequate in comparison to the shop photograph. Communication is good. Delivery speed is also OK.

Beautiful figurines. Missing a little finish on the burr. Well packaged and in very good condition on arrival.

All in all, a very good buy, but too many printing errors, 6 figures with incomplete or frayed arms or axes, not to mention the swords.

- beautiful poses of the figures, very dynamic and varied. However, the details don't seem very well defined and I'm a bit worried about the result when painting... (which I haven't started^^) - a lot of trimming work - not always easy depending on the postures - and straightening the cavalry lances and other elements.

Shipping and handling was very fast and the parcel arrived in very good condition. I liked how they printed extra miniatures to replace those that were misprinted or not cleaned properly. I would have preferred that every miniature was cleared from the supports, though I understand why they did it.

Product conforms to or sometimes falls short of 3d rendering.

No tax at customs this time... a nice surprise compared to last time... but you can't help that. However, a broken figurine in the box. Very strange, as if the arm had never been welded. The head too. A few spots of glue and it was fine. Otherwise quite happy. A few strokes of the scalpel to finalize.

Very high quality figure, very little trimming required.

Very responsive after-sales service, good listening skills and order tracking after delivery.

The parts are very thin and seem quite solid. The coli is well packaged. What's more, the people at3D Minis Factory are attentive and friendly. However, I have two drawbacks: some of the sculptures are too thin for the pieces to be easy to handle (it really depends on the sculptor), and it's hard to appreciate the actual size of the piece you're going to receive.

More detail on sizes. It's hard to get a feel for the size on the site, and there's no precise information on dimensions.

Beautiful figs. Fast shipping. Attractive price. The Void Jesters Lone Jester is a little too big for warhammer, but nice.
