Lower quality than games workshop, but much lower price. Overall satisfied with the quality/price ratio, which is better than GW's. I'd do it again.

Everything was good except the 2 tanks, which were completely bent at the front. It's a shame, and it's the first time I've seen it with this quality of resin.

Solid communication. Some weapons on knights (maces, lances and swords) were no straight (maybe wrong cooling?), but curved into various directions... A bit slow shipment, but within reason. Models were ok, plus miscasts were added as surplus models. Overal I can recommend the company. Keeping my fingers crossed for them.

Very average quality. I don't know if it's the resin, but the details of the sculpture were a bit erased. There is also a concentric wave effect on some parts of the figurine

So don't hesitate to write to us if the expected result is not there, even if they are "original" figurines that do not come from the creators we have licensed. As a result, at the time of printing, it is difficult to know if the creator wanted this level of detail or if there was a problem with the printing.

figures received on time without any problems. In the more beautiful/larger ones, there was a lot of "waste" from the 3D printer support. But after a few precision cuts, no problem.

The figurines are superb, they correspond to what was proposed on the site (in general). My package was relatively well packaged, a little scared when I arrived but the figures were fine (except for one where I couldn't tell if it was broken or deliberately not assembled. I would say that it was broken but I was able to glue it back together without any problem). If I want to buy specific figurines I will come back and I recommend the site.

The figurines are as expected (except one where there was a mistake but the service is very responsive). On several orders that I made there are sometimes some small concern (small defects) but nothing serious on "small model". On the other hand I had more problem on a big model (a problem of junction between two parts that I had to solve with modeling clay. (I told the after sales service and they sent me back a miniature but the defect was still there even if it was less important). So I will say that sometimes there are problems on the figurines (and size of base) but their SAV is great.

Thanks a lot ! For the after-sales service, since we are above all gamers and (former?) compulsive buyers of miniatures, we try to make an after-sales service as we would have always dreamed to have :)
It's a pity for this big defect, indeed, on the 14.000 products of the site, some of them have problems, that we unfortunately detect only at the assembly :(

Hello. The figs were superb but unfortunately a bit too big to be completely in line with their W40k counterpart. But apart from those 1 or 2 mm too much figs top.

It's true that some creators take some liberties on the proportions, we can spot it sometimes, but in this kind of case, it's often when we put the miniatures next to the GW ones that we realize it... Anyway, don't hesitate to come back to us if needed (if they are not already painted) and we'll exchange them in a more adapted version :)
