Fast and efficient delivery. The figurines are of good quality except for 1/5 which still had some printing marks but overall very satisfied with the result.
So figurines with printing marks are not at all planned and we must have missed them...

1st order in 3 years, not super convinced at the time by the final result. In 2025 then yes, the quality of the engraving is perfectly reproduced with a quality product. Fast shipping and also with a nice little note. Top notch.
Technologies are evolving and we are keeping up the pace ! It's really impressive the technological leaps that happen almost every 6 months !

The figurine is very beautiful and the delivery time is excellent. There are just two support points between the bust and the chin of the figurine that were left.
We remove 99% of the supports, but sometimes there are a few small ones that we don't spot right away, fortunately they are supposed to come off easily! 🙂

Should specify that the figurine arrives in pieces. Broken fingers.
The figurine can arrive in several pieces depending on the sculptor's choice, some prefer monoblock figurines, others multipart, however, broken fingers are not normal at all...!

Superb quality and finesse of the figurines. The 5 samurai figurines are well designed, both in their poses and weapons. The same goes for the camel riders. Special mention also for the "human-powered" trebuchet, rarely represented, and its 9 (!) crew members. The piles of logs provided with cutting tools (axe and saws) are also well done. Other manufacturers would have limited themselves to a pile of stones (projectiles also provided). I almost forgot the 2 scenes.
As a reminder, we do not (yet) create 3D figurines, so the details and the scene are mainly the work of the creator, Requonquer design in the case of the trebuchet scene if my memory serves me right! 🙂

The order included two defective figurines. After reporting it by email to 3D Minis Factory, Gaspard sent me the figurines in a correct state. It's a passionate approach, respectful of the customer, which I greatly appreciated.
Indeed, passionate about what we do, we do everything to convey this passion, partly by replacing the little issues that may arise with 3D printing...!! 🙂

Beautiful figurine true to the original, just one of the points of the crown is missing, but nothing irreparable. I recommend.
If there is ever an issue with a print again, do not hesitate to contact us, even with AmeraLabs resin, very fine parts can end up breaking, in that case, we will be happy to reprint them 🙂
