Model quality varies. Plus there were issues and this time too, with model print size. It is hard to include some of those models into an existing collection, as You realy have no clue about the size You shall get. Elf model has been absolutely unadequate in comparison to the shop photograph. Communication is good. Delivery speed is also OK.

Incredible quality for this little guy! Once painted, he fits in perfectly with gw vampires.

Fast delivery. Quality printing. There was a small error on one of the products delivered, which customer service was quick to correct. Very good experience and I think I'll be ordering from them regularly.

Ordered on the basis of a quotation discussed prior to manufacture, with the model adapted to my requirements. Minor imperfections, but compared to the overall large decor nothing insurmountable with a cuter and superglue.

Fast, careful delivery, quality figurine and resin, scale respected. I wouldn't hesitate to order from your site again for my next diorama.

Very serious company with a very reactive assistance, for the quality of the 3d prints they are very largely correct attention however with the format 28mm sometimes it misses some completion or arrives with a broken finger or others on the thinnest model proposed but on the whole correct and satisfactory for JDR and others. after 4 order on this store on line I recommend and would continue to call upon their services.

Very good quality miniatures, one small problem with a crossbowman and his poorly finished crossbow, but we'll deal with it. I'll definitely be recommending this site
