Ordered on the basis of a quotation discussed prior to manufacture, with the model adapted to my requirements. Minor imperfections, but compared to the overall large decor nothing insurmountable with a cuter and superglue.

Very serious company with a very reactive assistance, for the quality of the 3d prints they are very largely correct attention however with the format 28mm sometimes it misses some completion or arrives with a broken finger or others on the thinnest model proposed but on the whole correct and satisfactory for JDR and others. after 4 order on this store on line I recommend and would continue to call upon their services.
Don't hesitate to tell us if there's the slightest problem, because it's not normal and we change it quickly! (Even a simple broken finger!) 🙂

All in all, a very good buy, but too many printing errors, 6 figures with incomplete or frayed arms or axes, not to mention the swords.

- beautiful poses of the figures, very dynamic and varied. However, the details don't seem very well defined and I'm a bit worried about the result when painting... (which I haven't started^^) - a lot of trimming work - not always easy depending on the postures - and straightening the cavalry lances and other elements.

Hello, I ordered 9age magic cards and although I have nothing to say about the quality, they are not up to date with the latest update. Would it be possible to send me back the out-of-date cards? Thank you
It's all in the works, but we're dependent on updating the magic cards to be able to start printing the Maj.
(In particular, we're missing the last 3 versions of the hereditary Alpha/Beta books...)
We're keeping our fingers crossed that they'll do so quickly by the start of the year!

Quality problem with the figurines I ordered, but customer service was super reactive and got back to me straight away.

Zero print quality, no details on the figurine, printing anomalies. This isn't the first time I've had this problem, but it's definitely the last: I won't be ordering again.
After reimbursing you and sending back another printing attempt, I think the problem has been solved, but we've decided to deactivate this figurine to avoid this kind of setback. Unfortunately, this is one of the hazards of 3D printing...
