Shipping and handling was very fast and the parcel arrived in very good condition. I liked how they printed extra miniatures to replace those that were misprinted or not cleaned properly. I would have preferred that every miniature was cleared from the supports, though I understand why they did it.

No tax at customs this time... a nice surprise compared to last time... but you can't help that. However, a broken figurine in the box. Very strange, as if the arm had never been welded. The head too. A few spots of glue and it was fine. Otherwise quite happy. A few strokes of the scalpel to finalize.

Even in "28mm" scale, the level of detail is impressive. The material used is reassuringly long-lasting, should the figurines be dropped or handled a little too vigorously (thanks, kids!). Finally, the price is very reasonable. To sum up, this first experience with 3D Minis has convinced me. I've given it a try! "I'll be back!"

The parts are very thin and seem quite solid. The coli is well packaged. What's more, the people at3D Minis Factory are attentive and friendly. However, I have two drawbacks: some of the sculptures are too thin for the pieces to be easy to handle (it really depends on the sculptor), and it's hard to appreciate the actual size of the piece you're going to receive.
