So once again I am unhappy with the delivery especially and your provider for doing it. More than a week late and without any news from the delivery service. For the price I paid for delivery I am quite disappointed. But the Packeos products are perfect and meet my expectations.

Response from Packeos
Hello Mr. RONAN,
We are sincerely sorry for this new inconvenience regarding the delivery of your order.
We fully understand your dissatisfaction, especially in light of a delay of more than a week and the lack of communication from the carrier. This is obviously not the level of service we wish to offer our customers, especially considering the delivery fees charged.
However, we are pleased to know that the Packeos products perfectly meet your expectations and we thank you for your trust despite this poor delivery experience.
We once again apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
