Purchased a very expensive bottle vintage 1979 Gran Reserva Macallan whisky from merchant. Upon receiving and tasting it, it was apparent that the whisky was significantly degraded, likely from inappropriate and damaging storage conditions over the years. Sent an email complaint directly to merchant but no response.

UPS delivery person does not deliver to home, delivers directly to a pickup point without notifying the customer who has to do the research to find out where the package is.
