I have problems with the return, when I have it fixed, we will talk again.
I paid a disproportionate amount for the shoes (but that was my choice), had to pay 15€ for shipping and would have to spend 25€ to return them since the shoes are large. Not recommended.

Precise and timely order.
The shipping cost was not reflected correctly and was only displayed at checkout.
Unfortunately, the num.of the shoes purchased was going tight and I had to return them because it was the only pair and other sizes were missing. Even though I ruined 15€ shipping and spent another 18€ to send the package back because they don't have return label I received my money right away and the customer service is prompt and efficient!
I bought the product much more expensive than usual (but I am happy with this, since it was out of stock in other stores. What bothers me is having paid shipping costs to receive it at my home, and having to go pick it up at a picking point because (supposedly) I was not at my home address.
In fact, when you are not at home, the package is sent to a collection point. This is normal and for security reasons, because we sell expensive products and only you can pick it up with your ID. The delivery person does not leave it, for example, with a neighbor or in a mailbox.
