Serious and fast delivery

The product's finish quality is a little disappointing for the price.

This is the first time I've ever reviewed a business from which I haven't bought a product or service from. It's not for lack of trying.I contacted ABP on four separate occasions, over a span of six months, in an attempt to buy straps and a watch:1) Email inquiry regarding one of their straps2) Email inquiry regarding a different strap3) Website submission regarding a watch they're an authorized dealer for4) Website submission regarding the same watchIn none of these cases did I get a reply.On the one hand, I've heard wonderful things about their product. On the other hand, I've heard frustrating anecdotes about their customer service (both in person and electronic). In the end, I never had to make a decision since they clearly don't want my business.

I read some good stories about ABP. I choose a bracelet and upon closing the order, I noticed I made a mistake in the house number of my address. I immediately contacted them to ask them to change the number, but no response, and off course the packet was delivered on another addressThe bracelet I purchased was nice, no doubt about that. It fitted nicely with the watch. However, after the first use, when I washed my hands, there were some water droplets on the strap. Little did I know that any waterdroplet gives a stain that does not go away. I reached out to customer service and the reply was that this is indeed a product attribute and that the strap should never get wet. This was not stated on the website but customer service did not offer any solution or apology. I buy quite a lot of straps from different suppliers, but never experience these kinds of product failures.

A bit long to arrive but the service was absolutely fine!

The delivery process works bite it took a little long

I am disappointed because, after several exchanges by telephone, e-mail and sending photos of the bracelet to be replaced, the thickness of the latter does not correspond to my request: I wanted a thick camber of more than 5mm and I received a thin bracelet of less than 3mm which lacks strength compared to the case of a Blancpain Leman chronograph. It seems to be made for a Villeret case... No feedback otherwise.

You sent me a wrong size of the strap I bought, Damien offered to send a new one, I made some observations and I didn't get any reply in return. Basically you sent me a wrong product, different form what I bought and you just left things like that.

Great strap. Superior craftsmanship. The only downfall, which is a big one, is the strap does not fit the timepiece that I purchased it for.

I ordered a strap along with a steel-finished folding clasp. At first, I received only the strap, of which the quality is very good, but not the clasp. I sent emails to inquire about this, but there was no response after a few days; I had to make an international phone call to request for the missing clasp. Yet, the clasp that arrived was of a wrong colour -- yellow gold! I sent another email regarding this 2 weeks ago but there was no response again. I wonder if they ever read the customers' emails.Additional notes:Not having been informed, I received the correct steel clasp a few days later. Problem solved!

First purchase was handled quickly. Second purchase was slower than expected. When I emailed them, a response came that they just shipped it. But, the shipping notification from DHL did not arrive for another two days. Their alligator straps are good quality for the relatively low price.

Made-to-measure bracelet rather expensive....But indispensable for enhancing a watch! The wait was long but the result was absolutely exceptional.Top customer service.

Great product (exactly what I ordered), which arrived on-time. I appreciated their communications, which kept me in the loop throughout the entire production and shipping process. I'm particularly impressed with the variety of leathers and colors offered, although I will say that their prices are noticeably higher than most of their comparable-quality competitors.

Product I bought never turned up and company stopped replying to my emails, will not use again

Helpful support, timely delivery. Feels and looks great, all for 1/3 of the price of an original Omega crocodile strap. We'll see if it lasts 15 years of daily use like the original did.If it does, I'll give it the missing star, for a full 5.

Very good quality, lot of materials but very expensive

Leather strap was hand made very good and customer service was polite. Just needed to be a bit more clear on dispatch and delivery and I ask for some assistance on fitting the strap but I got no reply. I was compensated with an extra tool peace for the delay which I was very thank ful for.

Fluctuating quality concerning the leather. Errors in production are relatively frequent (2 times on 5 straps). One time the error was swiftly corrected and a new strap was sent. Next time the shop doesn't even send a reply.

Very nice product, the quality is irreproachable. The classic generic folding clasp is very correct and fitted, and the delivery time is correct (20 days for manufacture).

The quality of the is always perfect (already 6 straps commende) et number of possibilities is always increasing ! Delivery time is unfortunately a little bit long... But when we want quality, we have to wait.

It would be nice if you had an English version of the emails that could be sent. I ordered 2 gift certificates to try to get to a specific amount and it would be nice if they could have been combined.

I ordered a watch strap on their website and payed for it! They wrote to me that there will go betveen 2 - 15 days from they have prepared the strap. Now it has been over a month ago and I still dont recieved anythings from Them. I had tryed to contact Them with no results.I really dont Think I ever will do business with This form again.

Unfortunately, the bracelet itself is not calibrated for my Rolex. Two stars for the quality of the item, which is unfortunately unusable.

I have ordered a second alligator strap for my WG Daytona since the first didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of colour. This time I ordered a black one, but compared to the picture advertised, I received what looks like a very different product. I have tried emailing them, they have responded once over the course of a month. Very frustrating and I am trying to get a refund.Edit: I received a replacement strap as the one advertised. It is a great product, but it did take a very long time from start to finish.

Very good communication and help to order. Received one of three items faulty (thus minus one star for bad quality control) but they proceeded with replacement without problems. Overall very satisfied with customer service.As for the quality of the straps it remains to be seen with time. They look very nice indeed.

Decent quality leather but very average edge finishing. Stainless steel buckle (copy) is decent. Overall not bad but overpriced.

Watch strap when received was not correct. Two emails sent so far have not been replied to. Help before making order was excellent but after sales service appears to be non-existent! No answer to telephone enquiry.

Unbelievably bad service. Ordered a watchstrap for my husband's birthday on May 3rd 2020. Two days later I received an email to say that the order would be delayed due to covid-19. I was told to expect a 6-week delay which I wasn't pleased about but appreciated the advance warning. 9 weeks later still no strap and no response to my email and Facebook Messenger enquiries. I fear I've lost my money. What a terrible way to treat people.Update: my one star review prompted a promise to investigate why the strap hadn't arrived and a promise to follow up. That was 10 days ago. Needless to say Diana hasn't been in touch since.Update 24th July. After numerous emails and posting on social media, I received a full refund today so my review is now 2 stars rather than one.

I had used ABP before and found them good, so thought it safe to make use of a tempting discount offer to get a new strap for my IWC. ABP are attractive because of the colours on offer, not the IWC black / brown, I went for a blue.It got delayed because of Covid19, ok I understand that, but I'd say its grey not blue. Strap looks good quality, but not what i was expecting, so it will sit in a reserve drawer and I'll have to look again.

Manufacture timing little bit long but the service and the quality is top.Thank you.

good leather quality and not good finishing

Due to the Corona crisis there was a communicated delay. It would take an extra 16 to 20 working days to finish my strap (it was in production). Now, at day 22 (after numerous emails) I'm told to wait another 10 days! Not a great way of customer service.... And really, how can anyone work more than 30 days on one strap???

Super fast shipment. High quality merchandise.. The price is rather expensive, otherwise it's a five-star rating.

I order a stock (not custom) strap from ABP, as I have in the past. The strap arrived on January 2 and I found it is defective in that it has no holes, and is, therefore, unusable. I emailed ABP about the problem, with pictures attached. As of today, I have not heard back from ABP about the strap.The straps I ordered in the past were always of high quality, but I must give a low score for customer service, and an expensive useless strap.

29/11/19 update. Damien, contacted me and fulfilled the order. The clasp was provided. I installed it myself, it was a little fiddly but small screw driver resolved that. I should of listened to Damien, as the strap was slightly big and I was able to adjust it. But it I listened to Damien it would of been perfect. I have changed my rating appropriately but ABP could benefit from controls around orders to avoid a bad customer experience.The product I received was not what I requested. Called, emailed and tried to contact individual I engaged with but no response. I would of given them zero score if possible. Very disappointed and was of almost £300.
