Watch strap when received was not correct. Two emails sent so far have not been replied to. Help before making order was excellent but after sales service appears to be non-existent! No answer to telephone enquiry.

Unbelievably bad service. Ordered a watchstrap for my husband's birthday on May 3rd 2020. Two days later I received an email to say that the order would be delayed due to covid-19. I was told to expect a 6-week delay which I wasn't pleased about but appreciated the advance warning. 9 weeks later still no strap and no response to my email and Facebook Messenger enquiries. I fear I've lost my money. What a terrible way to treat people.Update: my one star review prompted a promise to investigate why the strap hadn't arrived and a promise to follow up. That was 10 days ago. Needless to say Diana hasn't been in touch since.Update 24th July. After numerous emails and posting on social media, I received a full refund today so my review is now 2 stars rather than one.

I had used ABP before and found them good, so thought it safe to make use of a tempting discount offer to get a new strap for my IWC. ABP are attractive because of the colours on offer, not the IWC black / brown, I went for a blue.It got delayed because of Covid19, ok I understand that, but I'd say its grey not blue. Strap looks good quality, but not what i was expecting, so it will sit in a reserve drawer and I'll have to look again.

Due to the Corona crisis there was a communicated delay. It would take an extra 16 to 20 working days to finish my strap (it was in production). Now, at day 22 (after numerous emails) I'm told to wait another 10 days! Not a great way of customer service.... And really, how can anyone work more than 30 days on one strap???

Our worksmen need to be protected during this difficult time and this is why we sent you an email at the begining to inform you that due to this exceptionnal situation the making of your strap might be delayed. Our teams work 2 separate shifts and we have numerous orders to prepare so even though you strap does not take 30 days to be made, it has to wait for previous straps to be finished. Beautiful workmanship. This is the second watch band I purchased from ABP. My 1st was custom. This one was stock. The leather was in excellent condition, color nice and rich. Not sure I could have picked a better section of leather. Will always consider ABP first for any new band.
