Very committed to animal and environmental protection. I have been a vegetarian for many years. I've just discovered thinly sliced swordfish and cooked it with organic ratatouille... it's incredible how good it is, with no reservations! It's slightly different from chicken, just as swordfish is different from white meat. In fact it's just a new dish and I can count on it to delight me. I'm going to try it with mushrooms and a little sauce. And of course, now I want to try the other addictive specialties.

Good texture but the taste of the steak has an aftertaste of goat cheese...sorry I'm not a fan at all but I'm sure it will please goat cheese lovers.
