Ordered an oven resistor for 150 euros. Paid 50 euros for fragile transport and received a box too small in which the resistor is bent to fit... It’s very borderline... I will install it tomorrow, I hope it works properly and hasn’t suffered from transport.

For the shipping costs of spare parts, it is 21 euros including VAT. Indeed, you mistakenly checked the fragile product shipping costs which are intended for the transport of stones plus spare parts. Hello, I ordered refractory stones for my oven, I received them but they were poorly cut. Then I ordered a burner and received a refractory stone from another customer, and finally I ordered a piezoelectric igniter for the oven, and 2 months later it no longer works. I informed the guy by SMS, no news, not serious, and I find it very expensive for material that does not work, to avoid.
