As for delivery times, we apologize for the delay. The month of August was marked by high demand for our bespoke jewelry, which had an impact on our usual delivery times. We have sent you an email to inform you of this, but we understand that some customers using Gmail or Hotmail addresses may not receive all our messages, even in their spam folders. To avoid this, we recommend that you add our email address to your list of trusted contacts.

As for the manufacture of your jewel with black diamonds, we confirm that it was made in our workshop in India. India is a world center for jewelry manufacturing because of its craftsmanship and traditional gem-working techniques. It also benefits from competitive production costs and direct access to many precious stones (see explanation of our manufacturing process, sent by e-mail with your order confirmation). We have chosen to work with this workshop for over 20 years because of their recognized expertise, enabling us to offer you high-quality jewelry at competitive prices. It's important to note that over 90% of gemstone jewelry sold in France is made outside the country, and we're proud of our partnership, which guarantees our customers exceptional products.

We understand that every customer is unique and that their perceptions may differ from our expectations, although we strive to do our utmost to satisfy each and every one.
