Waiting time too long (over a month). Disappointed with the size of the buckles, even though the actual size is indicated on the site. The icing on the cake is that the frame is so thin that one of the two buckles broke off at the stem. Note that we didn't force it at all. The warranty conditions are so well thought out that we don't see how we could get a refund. The result is a pair of earrings we can't wear as they are, at a cost of over €271. Two stars for the quality of the packaging, which I have to admit is always impeccable. But it's not the container that's usually worn.
