Very fast shipment, delivery conformed to order. Small problem with lumbar cushion membrane, after complaint by e-mail, almost instant response from customer manager and same day dispatch of part by post, received in two days. Bravo for service and responsiveness of the service. Thanks again.

I bought these cushions to put in my new C3, whose seats are far too soft. They give me lumbar support and help me stay on my feet (I was completely slumped over and leaning in corners). I'm very happy with them.
