Great product, tested on a 5-hour journey, I was much less sore than usual! i've tried this seat with the lumbar support and i can't do without it.
As my company has a small fleet, I've ordered one for all the vehicles. It's a really effective product that I'd recommend.

Ingenious seat, excellent workmanship and friendly, top-notch customer service! Although Adjust made it possible to go from horrible to just uncomfortable, it unfortunately wasn't enough to solve the incompatibility of my body and the seat (torture, 30 min drive = folded for 3 days) of my new car (207). However, I highly recommend this product because it was still effective, and I particularly appreciated the seat.

New purchase to replace the previous one, which is over 7 years old.
Compatible with the heated seat in my car: the heat is felt in the lumbar region, even with the ad'just seat in addition.

Concerns lumbar cushion + seat I agree that it's effective, after 3 hours on the road I no longer have any stiffness or pain in my lumbar region, and the whole thing is quite comfortable. I slid my bladder down my back and inflated it very little.
The downside is that I didn't manage to fit the seat support band between the backrest and the seat of my sandero, which means that the seat tends to slip when getting in and out of the vehicle.
