1: Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the seat, it is sloped, and its thin side then leads to the original seat, ideally in continuity. Perhaps some seats are less 'receptive'? You also acknowledged the sensitivity of the person for whom the equipment was intended ('unfortunately very sensitive due to health issues') and we agreed on a return and refund. Hello Mr. Diallo, we suffered from numerous malfunctions at DPD and the Post Office in September and October ... completely beyond our control and very detrimental both to our customers and to ad just's image and our workload. We apologize for the delay in delivery. Very happy with my purchase. The booster cushion is comfortable and stable thanks to the support pads on the ribs. On the other hand, very long delivery.

The seat slips, the side cushions aren't firm enough and the packaging isn't suitable: cardboard in a sorry state, fortunately the product wasn't affected. It's a shame, especially as the price is quite high. I know that for the seat, it would fit well with the back part. If this part is necessary, why offer the seat without the back?
