For now, no issues! Comfortable seating, good back support. We'll see on long trips; so far I've only experienced it on short trips. A small neck support cushion would also be a nice addition to limit the gap between the back cushions and the seat of the vehicle. Very good product overall; I had tested it at the Preventica Salon in Paris and was already fully convinced!

On the contrary, our tests "were worse than good": if the neck is too stable and supported, its muscles become stiff, lack oxygen, tighten, and become painful... To be explored. Got the full seat combo but the base seat raised me a little high for my driving style, not a deal breaker my Wife uses it on the passenger seat. 1: Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the seat, it is sloped, and its thin side then leads to the original seat, ideally in continuity. Perhaps some seats are less 'receptive'? You also acknowledged the sensitivity of the person for whom the equipment was intended ('unfortunately very sensitive due to health issues') and we agreed on a return and refund.
