Since our takeover in 2025, your orders have always been shipped on the same day or the next business day. The last one, placed on a Friday at 6:30 PM, was processed on Monday and then delivered on Thursday by Mondial Relay, within the usual timeframes.
We can issue a label on the weekend, but carrier pickups only take place on business days. For more urgent needs, faster delivery options are also available at checkout.

Very high quality in my opinion. Im not a professionell Luthier, but i am very satisfied with the product. It was basically plug and play.

The Chrome Wilkinson kluson style Machine head, Keystone button, right side that I ordered was exactly what I required to replace a damaged one. For orders placed via eBay, the refund can only be triggered when the return is marked as shipped on the platform, with the tracking number provided.
