I am very happy with the fragrance... it is deep and subtle. What bothers me a lot, however, is that I had signed up for an installment payment plan with monthly payments, and this was changed without my consent. I have therefore blocked future payments and would like to cancel this subscription.

Thank you for your professionalism. I haven't tried the perfumes yet, but I know I will like them. However, I find the 30ml sizes too small and the 50ml sizes expensive for someone who wants to use natural perfumes.

The ordered candle smells very good. No problem on that side. But since it's the shopping experience that I have to rate I only give 3 stars. Once the candle was in my cart it indicated shipping costs of 0€. And a 10% discount for a first purchase. Once applied, and the 3.80€ deducted, shipping costs of more than 4€ were added. So backtracking, no discount and free shipping. I found the calculation more than average.

Fast shipping but the packaging could be improved. The candle itself is protected around the glass, but in the box, the packaging seems a bit weak, the candle moves during transport. Not great. As for the photo of the creator prominently on a postcard... I found that a bit narcissistic.
