I bought the Lary dehumidifier and am very satisfied with my purchase. It does its job perfectly while being easy to move around and energy efficient for its capabilities. I discovered afterwards that I'd missed out on a promotion, and on contacting customer service, they kindly offered to refund the difference. Very responsive service and quality product.

After the dissatisfaction of the first product (Lary), and the impossible return due to a delay of a few days, this new device (DD8L), of better quality, is completely in line with my expectations. I'd still like to thank Air&Me for this small commercial gesture, despite the refusal to return the previous parcel.
