Very good site, very fast delivery. Very neat packaging, friendly delivery person. No problem getting the dehumidifier up and running. The manual is pretty well done. The appliance seems to meet my expectations. I highly recommend it. I haven't tested the WIFI pairing because I don't need it, but it seems to be a bit complicated...

Notes: 1) A small anomaly in the user guide. Concerning the distance between the dehumidifier and other elements, the manual first indicates 50 cm and then 20 cm. 2) in a closed room of less than 20 m², at night, and after 7 hours of operation in maximum mode, the device, starting from a humidity level of 71%, only manages to reach 50%. Is this normal?

Perfect, very fast. Very reactive site. Except for the colisimo service, which sends out misleading delivery notices, saying that it has passed through my home on the day it was supposed to, but nobody did, a lie. My letter carrier was not in possession of the parcel to be able to give it to me. Too bad it was delivered the next day.

Perfect 8 I thought I wouldn't be able to use 4 desk fans any more because the transformers seemed to be out of order and I had bought them at least 3 years ago... and then with a simple call I was able to order 4 new power cables with transformers and everything works again. Top, and thanks again.
