Quality of service and products. I have an AIR NATUREL DDH 20-1 dehumidifier that works great. Unfortunately the transformer gave up the ghost (out of warranty). AIR NATUREL's after-sales service sent me a new transformer within 48 hours for a small fee. Bravo for their attentiveness, kindness and responsiveness.

When, 3 weeks later, the delay became even longer, I got worried and sent an e-mail to AIR NATUREL to find out if I was in danger of being forgotten. I got a reply (which doesn't necessarily happen with sales sites) confirming that the alert I'd requested had been taken into account and indicating the approximate delivery date, which was met. The device works perfectly (DD8L Méalco).

i highly recommend it. i live with my family in an extremely damp house, the vmc failed us a few months ago, we're on the edge of a forest and the rain has been almost constant throughout the year; mold has colonized the furniture (outside and inside) water runs down the north-facing walls and the windows (despite being double-glazed) are so full of condensation that you can't see through them anymore we'd just redone the insulation in our youngest daughter's bedroom .... to be redone, in short, it was despairing, but that was before. I bought a Meaco 20L 2 weeks ago (easy order, fast delivery) I took it out of its box and respected the 8H installation time despite my impatience (because of the compressor) I started it up, very easy to use, and we started walking around the whole house, because of the wheels, easy, starting with the wettest rooms in 2/3 hours no more condensation on the windows the next day no musty smell anywhere, after a week, there was no more water on the walls and the mold on the furniture was greatly reduced (no miracles either, you have to clean it, but it doesn't come back) the effect was spectacular: in 2 weeks, the hygrometry dropped from 78% to 43%, and with the unit operating very simply and continuously (it's also very quiet), our heating is much more efficient in a healthier home. I highly recommend this unit, which has and continues to change our quality of life in record time.

Delivered on time, product corresponds to my expectations. A product that works like a charm, amazing every day 10 l of humidity out, noisy like a hairdryer but very effective.
