Product delivered promptly. Missing drainpipe mentioned in description not included in box. Wrong description a priori as mentioned absent on manufacturer's website and manufacturer's explanatory note of reason for its absence in the box.

very good site. Easy to use. Only the " track & trace de GLS " did not work because the code was not completed when I confirmed my order. Not bad but annoying.

It's a good site, but stock-outs are long. We need more stock and French manufacturers.

I had a 10% discount coupon, but one of the products I wanted was not available, so they only gave me a 5% coupon... Not very commercial...

I had to phone them as I had heard nothing 1 week after ordering. I was informed that one of the items was out of stock. I asked to cancel the out-of-stock item in order to receive the other items. I finally received all my items, even the one that was out of stock.

The only downside is delivery: on the site, the delivery options indicated are colissimo and Mondial Relay with Monday dispatch for weekend orders (see FAQ). At the time of ordering, the delivery method proposed was Geodis and not colissimo. The order was dispatched on Tuesday and I was unable to track the parcel, the link on the website sent me to the post office website. Geodis delivered the next day without any warning message (delivery to a company). Otherwise RAS.

It's a pity that the site allows an order to be placed when the material is no longer in stock. We then placed a second order for an equivalent item, and the delivery was very fast and compliant.

My order included two items: only one was delivered. After writing to them to say that the second item was missing, several days passed and then, ten days later, Air&Me wrote to me to say that "Our logisitque confirms that the preparation of your parcel was complete. Can you tell me if the selina has been delivered to you? ". A little annoyed, I confirm my first answer. The parcel will eventually be delivered.
