I sometimes have problems navigating the site on my Android phone. Despite this navigation problem, the presentation and the wide choice of products are great assets. I noticed, for the first time, a product inversion during my last order. I contacted you via the site's message box to point this out, but to my knowledge I've had no response. However, I am generally satisfied with your site despite the recent inconvenience. I would recommend a few improvements, particularly to the sidebar menu. Thank you

Small problem, delivery very long in coming, e-mail sent for information on this problem, without ever having received a reply. A quick phone call, and the problem was solved, except that the parts received did not correspond to my first order, and therefore not to my airbrush. I still received my order after 12 days ......

Unfortunately, apart from the products sold, which are obviously of good quality, and the speed with which orders are processed, aerographediscount never replies to emails, let alone requests for quotes. It's a site that sells, and that's that. Don't look for advice here, just buy and that's it.

Always friendly on the phone. Valuable help and advice. On the other hand, it's unfair to charge €8 for 3 tiny rubber seals that would have fit in a small envelope and were lost at the bottom of a 30cm3 package that could have contained a chicken!
