Second experience. The first one had a broken jug. The second, twelve days with the lost package. Lack of competition and resolution both by the delivery company and by Alkanatur. I ended up contacting A Coruña so they could get in touch with the delivery company and finally after 13 calls, about 20 emails, and many WhatsApps I managed to solve the reception of the order myself. Very disappointed and disenchanted by the lack of solutions and logistics of the company.

The order was shipped on October 30th and was already out for delivery on the 31st. We see that on the 31st there was an attempt to deliver in the morning but it was unsuccessful. A new delivery attempt was made in the afternoon and it was also not possible. On Friday, being a holiday, it did not go out for delivery again, and over the weekend the transport does not deliver. Today it is out for delivery again, for the third attempt, so we hope that this time it can be delivered without any issues.
