I received the order today and still need to try it, but I was disappointed by one thing. I placed the order and after almost two weeks I hadn't received it, not even a message that it was on its way, so I wrote to customer service asking where the order was and they kept giving me the runaround in several emails until in the third one they finally replied saying that they had processed it that day. So, if I hadn't written asking, I might still not have received it. I don't know, I didn't expect this level of service. I hope the product is worth it because I lost the desire to buy again.

I think it is a very high-quality product but if you have a sensitive stomach, it may not sit well. I bought the borosilicate glass jug after using the plastic one for a year to switch to glass and I see that the tank where the water goes is plastic again.
