I put the first filter in the jug and the taste of the water is very strange like stagnant tap water. I prepared it as always. I have been a customer for years and this has never happened to me before. I will not be able to buy again due to this bad experience.

It's been almost 2 weeks since I placed the order and I still haven't received it

The new jug has not pleased me. I haven't returned it because I already had the other one in very bad condition and had to change the filter. I can't put it in the fridge and that has disappointed me a lot and when pouring the water the other jug made a finer stream which made it easier to fill a bottle. Honestly, the new jug looked very good but it has disappointed me. I think these are things to take into account. Thank you

I bought a shower filter, which has an indicator to know when it needs to be changed. After several months it did not indicate anything, it is defective, I contacted customer service and they ignored me... bad service and this specific product is bad.

I bought three filters and the water is still somewhat cloudy after ten days, the tap water comes out colorless. I wash the filter and the jug and it doesn't go away

The purchasing process is an authentic disaster because the shipping is through Correos. That company never delivers the packages, at least in my area. They make a hang-up call to justify that they have been there, something completely false because I was at home waiting, causing a 24/48 hour shipment to take 1 week. If they continue to work exclusively with Correos, their brand image will be affected. I have completely lost my enthusiasm for the jug. If it is not an absolutely exceptional product, I will return it.

I am very satisfied with your products, but this time the order took 15 days to arrive. I have not received any emails from the delivery company and I had to call by phone to locate it. Even so, I did not receive my tracking number until two days before the deadline to pick up the package. It's a shame that such a good product is overshadowed by such a terrible delivery service.

As I have already conveyed to you, the tap water and the water from the jug are exactly the same. I also did not like the customer service, they do not respond. I can only give my positive opinion to one person who assisted me over the phone. For all these reasons, I am going to return the product.

I have placed an order for a jar. 2 weeks later it still hasn't been delivered. On 22-06-2026, GLS sent an email saying they would make the delivery. I was home all day and on 23-06-2026 I received another email saying that I have to go pick up the jar at a delivery point for being absent from my home. They did not knock on my door. They also did not call me on the phone......GLS lies and does not do their job.

I did not receive any notice until the day before receiving the order, which made me not know where the package was for 10 days. When I buy from Alkanatur, I usually receive my order in 2 days. This time it took 10 without receiving any type of information about the delay in delivery.

My opinion about Alkanatur is positive, but they should change shipping companies because GLS, instead of delivering the order to my home, left it at a pickup point because it was more convenient for them. Without consulting and without prior notice (we were at home, so they cannot excuse themselves by saying that no one was at home). Because of that negligence from GLS, it took me several days to have the order since the pickup point where they left it was not convenient for me.

I have bought before, but during all the promotion days on the website it was impossible to add anything to the cart, it got blocked and nothing could be added... after the promotions ended and returned to the normal price, coincidentally it can be added and bought perfectly. What a scam the promotion periods are.

I am having difficulty getting a proper response from the technical service.

Just to comment that GSL does not deliver to the doors of apartments in buildings without elevators, they ask you to go down and pick it up at the building's door, which is a problem for people with reduced mobility. The bad note goes to the transport company, the product is excellent.

I ordered a replacement filter for my jug, I received a complete jug, with its corresponding replacement. I informed them of the error. And besides not thanking me (which for me would have been easier to stay quiet and keep the jug worth seventy-something euros), they told me I had to wait for them to come pick up the jug and deliver the filter. I mentioned that I urgently needed the filter, since the error was theirs and the filter inside the jug is the same as the one I had ordered, if I could keep that filter and return the jug, as I obviously did. But gentlemen from Alkanatur, first you thank the customer for reporting the error, and then, the customer should have as few inconveniences as possible. In summary, negligent in order preparation, unkind and unhelpful.

I haven't bought anything recently, I bought it almost a year ago, and I honestly haven't noticed any improvement. But the water in Alicante is too dirty.

I activated the filter as indicated in the instructions. But it must not be functioning because I did the liquid test and it comes out purple/blue.
