The order was shipped on October 30th and was already out for delivery on the 31st. We see that on the 31st there was an attempt to deliver in the morning but it was unsuccessful. Terrible consumer experience. I requested a quote for the filters and they contacted me to say that the local salesperson would call me. A few days later, the salesperson called me, who only asked me about the water system I was using, I told him and he dedicated himself to criticizing the competition. In the two or three minutes we talked, he finally told me he would send me the information by email. I decided not to opt for those filters due to the price and lack of clarity and bought another one that arrived with an instruction manual that has nothing to do with the filters I bought. I requested the instructions and the response was to call a plumber and that the instruction manual is that, which is a generic one (that they must have found on the internet because it has nothing to do with their filters). Regarding the quality of the water, I cannot comment since I have not tried it yet, but I am clear that there are other companies that make good products and I doubt they can do worse in customer service.
