Dear Lola, we regret your negative review. We have seen that your order was placed on Wednesday, October 9, at 8:39 PM. Our delivery times, as indicated on our website, are between 1 and 5 business days. In the Terms of Sale, we also detail that: "Unless otherwise stated, products will be delivered within a period of between 1 and 5 business days. Orders placed on business days before 3 PM will be shipped on the same day. Those placed after 3 PM will be sent the following business day." That is to say, your order was processed the next business day, Thursday the 10th, and sent for transport. The tracking was created on the same day, which you can check both in your customer profile and in the email you receive with the information. From what we can see in the update of your shipment tracking, it is out for delivery today from early morning, so it will probably arrive throughout the day. That is to say, since the order was processed, it has gone out for delivery on the third business day, meeting our delivery times.

The pitcher is very good, although there is a lot of residue at the bottom, and to fill it you have to keep the lid lifted manually. It would be great if the lid could stay open by itself while filling.

Hello! We regret your rating. The numbering of plastics is a complex issue. Number 1 is a classification. The problem is not the material, but the additives that are added to this plastic, which depends on each bottle, each brand... This category is almost always used to indicate plastic bottles, so ours falls into this category, but not all brands work with BPA-free or other toxic materials. I received the shipment quickly and have been using the Alkanatur Drops Jug for more than 2 weeks. It works as described: the water has no taste, but the black particles from the filter continue to fall into the water, so the bottom of the jug always has between 20 and 30 black particles.

Thank you for your feedback and for your purchase. It is totally normal and natural for carbon particles to remain in the water. Our filters are composed solely of natural products: 100% natural coconut charcoal and magnesium. The coconut charcoal is imported directly from Mexico, and we do not alter the nature of the material. Due to its state or even due to the transportation of the material, the charcoal may be more broken and crumbled and release carbon specks to a greater extent, and even stain the water black. Other times, if its state is more compact, it releases less, but it is normal for it to always release black specks due to what we mentioned, because it is an ecological product without any type of chemical treatment.
