Customers praise Alkanatur for clear improvements in water quality and taste, noting that filters make water feel purer on the skin, remove flavors like chlorine, and improve daily drinking water. They highlight practical, user-friendly features: easy installation, fast and efficient shipping, attractive glass jugs, and reliable filtration that reduces plastic bottle usage and waste. The support experience is consistently commended, with several mentions of helpful, responsive service and after-sales assistance. Overall, buyers express satisfaction with product performance, design aesthetics, and the positive impact on daily hydration.
The service has been very fast, I miss having packs of more units and it would be good if someday they offered some discount on the filters.

The speed of shipping. The quality of the product. Very high price.

Thank you for your feedback. The price of the filter pack is €59.95 and it is for 1200 liters of duration, making the price per liter €0.049, a much lower price than any bottled water we can buy in a supermarket. Best regards.

I found it difficult to understand how to start the jug, I had to watch different videos: where to put the water, the amount that can be put...

Everything is fine, and the communication is good, but the package delivery companies are still the same, they tell you they will come on the 9th and then show up on the 10th without warning, and at whatever time they feel like.

Maybe your product is good but the water in my town is terrible, with a lot of lime. Despite the filtering, there is still lime at the bottom. I followed the instructions. Anyway, I use that water for cooking. Thank you very much.
Translated reviews
Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your feedback. Our product does not eliminate limescale, which is the union of minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, etc., as we explain in detail on the website. Our filters are 100% ecological and certified. They are composed solely of coconut shell charcoal and magnesium. Our filters remove up to 99% of toxic substances from the water, but do not remove natural substances, such as minerals. Those white "residues" that you see at the bottom are mostly calcium. Conventional filters add chemical compounds inside, usually ion exchange resins, which come from petroleum (benzene and styrene) and remove these minerals, leaving the water practically dead and with a very acidic pH level. We regret that the product is not completely to your liking, but you can consume that water with total safety as the toxins have been removed.

The jug is very good, except that when pouring the filtered water into another container, if the reservoir still has some water to filter, the filling lid opens and both waters, the filtered and the unfiltered, spill out; you have to hold the lid to prevent it. It doesn't fit in the door shelf of my fridge.

Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your rating! What a shame it doesn't fit in your fridge... You always have the option to filter it and put it in the Harmony bottle to keep it cool.

I change the filters of the jug every 2 months to be safe, because I lose track of what I consume and I don't know what quality of water I am drinking.

Very good jug with its filter, the water leaves it without chlorine... the shipment was delivered in 2 business days quite well. The only thing that doesn't reach 5 stars is that it weighs quite a bit and only filters 1 liter of water, it could be at least 1.5 l.
Translated reviews
Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your comment! In the tank, it only takes 1 liter, but you can fill it 2 times and have 2 liters filtered and ready. Regards

Excellent everything except the taste of the water. In my case, the filtered tap water tastes just as bad as if I drink it directly from the tap.
Translated reviews
Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your comment. The jug significantly improves the taste of tap water, leaving soft water, like spring water. We will contact you directly to see what might be happening and provide you with a solution or alternative so that you are happy with the taste.

Initially, the delivery of the package was disastrous, they didn't come to the house, saying in their office that we rejected the package, when we were waiting for them all day. We went to protest at the office and the next day, yes, they brought it home. We suggest, if possible, that in future shipments, they use another company. Thank you. We have advised our friends about Alkanatur and they have also purchased it.

The alkalinity of the filtered water is lower than indicated! However, for now, I haven't found anything better! The delivery system worked perfectly!

Thank you for your comment! We find it strange that the pH is below 8.5, as this does not happen. If you want to contact us via WhatsApp (698 173 981) and send us a photo of the color that comes out with the measurement, we will be happy to see what happens and help you.

The water is good but has a certain metallic taste.
Translated reviews
Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your comment. It's normal. The "metallic" taste of the water is due to magnesium. This taste is present in the first filtrations. After about 3/5 filtrations, it will no longer be noticeable.
