The material of the lid is too fragile and unstable. When filling the jar, the lid through which the water is introduced lifts very easily and releases all the water even when almost all of it has already leaked out. Some shameless people. I am going to stop buying from Alkanatur. It is a disaster every time there is a problem with the shipment. When you call by phone, for all orders there is the excuse that they are overwhelmed for one reason or another and they refer the problem to GLS, which is who has the items according to Alkanatur. Alkanatur assures that they do not manage the order but that GLS does. If I do not call customer service to complain that the delivery has not occurred, the orders do not arrive on the date specified in the shipping conditions.
