Customers praise Alkanatur for clear improvements in water quality and taste, noting that filters make water feel purer on the skin, remove flavors like chlorine, and improve daily drinking water. They highlight practical, user-friendly features: easy installation, fast and efficient shipping, attractive glass jugs, and reliable filtration that reduces plastic bottle usage and waste. The support experience is consistently commended, with several mentions of helpful, responsive service and after-sales assistance. Overall, buyers express satisfaction with product performance, design aesthetics, and the positive impact on daily hydration.
The delivery was quick. I really like both the pitcher and the shower filter. The water from the pitcher is very fine... I really like it. Regarding the shower filter, it leaves the skin soft; it is a wonderful feeling when showering. Perhaps I notice all this more because the tap water in Mallorca is of very poor quality.

I find it very difficult to place the filters correctly. I also miss that in a product with this philosophy there is no plan for the proper recycling of the filters. But I am happy with the product and its quality.

So far everything works very well; the water quality has improved; to improve: the plastic piece connecting to the shower hose doesn't screw in completely and comes loose; using Teflon solves it, but this detail could be improved. Thank you.

This is the third pack I buy (besides filters), one for me and two to give as gifts. So I would like some discount on future purchases. Thank you very much!

My experience is great, knowing that the water I drink is so good and stopping the use of plastic bottles, and collaborating with the environment. Excellent in every way.

I am a loyal consumer of filters because I have the jug and the filters are getting more expensive each time. Thank you for considering loyal customers. Regards
