Happy with the jug and its filters. I have already tried at least 3 filters, the magnesium ones and the Zeolite ones. I have noticed even cognitive improvement with the magnesium ones, and even stopped twitching my eyes due to stress. Quite top-notch. I bought it due to kidney problems last November, I think because of the hard water in Catalonia. Since then, I haven't had any discomfort. If you disassemble it, it is basically filled with carbon grains, and I imagine some other component that makes it completely natural. As a recommendation, now that summer is coming, you can leave the jug in the fridge while it filters. Overall, highly recommended.

I ordered a replacement filter for my jug, I received a complete jug, with its corresponding replacement. I informed them of the error. And besides not thanking me (which for me would have been easier to stay quiet and keep the jug worth seventy-something euros), they told me I had to wait for them to come pick up the jug and deliver the filter. I mentioned that I urgently needed the filter, since the error was theirs and the filter inside the jug is the same as the one I had ordered, if I could keep that filter and return the jug, as I obviously did. But gentlemen from Alkanatur, first you thank the customer for reporting the error, and then, the customer should have as few inconveniences as possible. In summary, negligent in order preparation, unkind and unhelpful.
