We have installed the shower filter and we have the pitcher. You can notice how the quality of the water has changed on our skin and the taste of not having to buy plastic water bottles again or drink tap water with limescale.

The order was quite delayed and when it arrived, all three filters were broken, just opening the package all the microbeads from the filters spilled out. When I tried to contact them, they did not answer the phone (not even during their working hours), I had to resolve it through their email. Bad experience.

I use the filter for hard water, I don't have a hardness meter and I don't know if it decreases because when heating the water in the kettle after a few days there is a white deposit. The hardness in Zamora is 24 French degrees.
