Everything perfect. It arrived with a broken filter due to transport and the next day they sent us another pack again. Impeccable customer service.

I am delighted with my jug and I already bought another one to give as a gift, what I like the least is that it is not made of glass.

I liked the ease of use. I have it on the kitchen counter and it reminds me to drink. I was surprised by the material of the bottle that comes with the jug. I would expect a glass bottle.
