It demineralizes the water.

Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your feedback and for your purchase. Our jug does not demineralize the water. It removes toxins, but not the natural minerals from the water. Additionally, it adds magnesium, so it still mineralizes more. With the pH reagent included in the pack, you can test the pH between the filtered water and tap water, or for example, bottled water and see the differences. If you have any questions about the product or how to perform the test, contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone and we will gladly assist you. Best regards.

Apart from the good functioning of the jug, another correct aspect was that I had a problem with the delivery person and they called me back quickly.

I am very satisfied with the purchase, now the water tastes good and I forget to buy plastic bottles while not polluting. Nothing to object to at the moment, I have been using the pitcher for less than a month.

The water has a very good taste, plus you adapt the type of cartridge change to the autonomous community you live in, due to the type of water.

I ordered some filters low in magnesium and they arrived normal. They called me and sent the low magnesium filters quickly. Thank you very much.
