Customer reviews of Alkanatur

the alkalinity, that it has an activated carbon filter, that offers hexagonal structure, that it is certified and endorsed, that adds magnesium and not sodium. I have already bought another one for my mother. You could make a very fine borosilicate jug so that it doesn't weigh, covered in plastic so that it doesn't break

Very good, very attentive, and fast. I accidentally placed the order twice, and they called me right away to fix it. Thank you

Well, the only thing that could be improved is the lid of the jug where it is filled, when pouring water into the bottles if you tilt the jug too much and there is water to filter it spills when tilting the jug, so it would be good to improve that lid because if you hold it, it doesn't spill, thank you

Speed in delivery time and perfect packaging.

FAST AND EFFICIENT

I have been using it for 1 year and I am very happy.

They work for me.

Quick service. Good customer service

Wonderful, I already had the jug and now the shower filter

10. Wonderful jug and filtration

the scientific studies

Very good products

I like the taste of the water and my family and I drink it knowing that it is much purer water than when you take it from the tap.

The taste is very good, not strong, very neutral. I was advised to start with the low magnesium filter but the normal one tastes perfect to me! The only thing is that it doesn't fit very well in the fridge because it's a bit wide. But since they give a bottle, it's solved!

Good jug, delicious water. Excellent sales and customer service.

I have both the Alkanatur water jug and the shower filter and I am very happy. I always recommend it whenever I can.

The filtered water with the Alkanatur jug is excellent.

The order was quick

Good products and super fast shipping

The service is great, we are really enjoying the water. The shower filter is immediately noticeable on skin, hair, and nails. Totally recommendable.

The water is perfect, good taste, the pitcher is okay, filters quite fast

I love the taste of the water!

I bought the pitcher and it arrived in 48 hours, but it came with a small dent. I wrote to customer service and within a few hours I had a response, super friendly, and in 24 hours I had the replacement at home. The response and efficiency amazed and surprised me excellently (I usually don't encounter such efficiency). Regarding the water, I have rejected Britta jug water for years due to its taste and this one surprised me because (I was recommended it and that's why I dared since the price is a bit high), I have to say that I am delighted, the water is very good and I have stopped carrying those pesky jugs, besides contributing to ecology. I recommend it 100%!!
